Mr. P S Dhunta graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1968 from Motilal Nehru Regional Engg College, Allahabad in 1968 and taught at the college before joining DGCA in 1971. He has executed a large number of CNS projects in India and also served as member of several committees ofor development of FANS. After 31 years in service, in 2002, he founded Lyra Aviation - a private Aviation and GPS project, consultancy and training firm (now renamed PS Dhunta Consultancy Group.
He is also fellow at IETE, life member of Aeronautical Society of India and member of Institute of Navigation (USA). He has also authored three books on Aviation and GPS and various training material on the same.

| Mr. K Ramalingam is Chairman of Airports Authority of India. He joined Civil Aviation (India) in 1972 and has a long and excellent record of serving the Indian Civil Aviation in various eminent positions. He has played a very active role in development and installation of GAGAN - a satellite based GPS augmentation program in India. |
